About Us

Deborah Rensburg

Deborah is an innovative, experienced and culturally mature trainer and consultant with international exposure a self starter with strong visualisation, team player and strategic thinker. She has been training for twenty (20) years in cultural diversity, change management, Industrial relationships, personal development and motivation.

She believes that each individual needs to reach their individual potential through self discovering and encourages others to do just that. She has worked with various embassies in Africa and companies included in her client list were Unilever, Toyota, BMW, Coca Cola (Amalgamated Beverages), Anglo America and the WEA.

Barry Kirby

With a Royal Navy background, Barry is much travelled, and has first hand experience of many diversity related problems; in many countries and within many cultures.

Post Royal Navy Barry rose to become a Senior Operations Manager within a global company; and has vast experience in delivery of training coupled with a strong understanding of customer service and delivery.

Recently appointed as the Diversiton GB Business Manager for London and the South East, Barry passing on his knowledge and experience through the tried and tested Diversiton GB programmes to businesses, both large and small, in South East London.
