Management Training
Physicist Isidor Isaac Rabbi, who won a Nobel prize for inventing a technique that permitted scientists to probe the structure of atoms and molecules in the 1930’s, attributed his success to the way that his mother used to greet him when he came home from school each day.
She used to say…. “Isidor, did you ask any good questions today?"
We attend management training courses continuously but yet still do not learn. Why because as managers we simply do not ask enough question! Our management courses focus on not being embarrassed to ask and not being embarrassed to answer!
